My parents used this company to do a COMPLETE remodel of the kitchen. It was a huge job they could have done themselves, but they didn't have the time.
Midtown never actually had a REAL plan. The plan they worked off was a drawing...seriously. And they never checked the measurements so as they were installing they found cabinets didn't fit and the sink wasn't centered. They compensated, but ended up with a lopsided kitchen with a cabinet sticking out on one side and an open space of NO cabinet on the other.
Even putting in a door they put in a larger door than was planned which sounds like a good thing, but it ruins the flow and makes the lopsided kitchen stand out more.
My parents tried to point out some of the issues and ask them to resolve them correctly as they went, but Midtown kept saying they were doing what was in the contract. They acted like the door being different than the contract was a GIFT to them or something.

I agree with the other review- and pretty much every negative review you will read on every other site you can find. The focus of this company is on sales- high pressure and making everything sound perfect and wonderful. Once you sign on the dotted line, they are done with you and do not care about your satisfaction or the fact that they lied to you to get the sale in the first place. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your home improvement projects. If you look closer at their BBB rating, the majority of their complaints have been unsatisfactorily closed.

Do not use this company. They use high pressure sales and talk a good game, but their service is awful. They have poor reviews on every site I checked. I wish I had done the checking before I signed a contract. They said someone would call to schedule a time to measure for windows. Supposedly I was getting a good deal on pricing because it was their slow time, yet it was over two weeks before anyone called. The salesman was not honest about the energy efficiency of the particular window style I was looking at. It was worth the money to lose my 10% deposit to not have to do business with this company.
